1 General Terms

bw99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "bw99") is a provider of online gaming and entertainment services. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. bw99 reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposit pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

KYC verification must be completed on the account before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. bw99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security verification.

4.3 Currency Policy

bw99 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bw99 is not responsible for any differences arising from exchange rates on transactions made in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bw99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• bw99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

bw99's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher levels. VIP benefits may change at any time and are entirely at bw99's discretion.

6.1 Technical Issues

10.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
